A downloadable collection of hypnotic questions, designed to work with your subconscious as much as your conscious mind. Not another goal setting worksheet, a real, honest look at where you are, where you're quietly settling, and what's actually possible if you stopped shrinking your answers.
You'll work through your values, your current reality, your perfect life, your future life, and the goals that actually mean something once you know who you're becoming.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Most workbooks ask what you want. This one asks who you need to become to have it.
Every section carries a subconscious check in, a question that goes past the practical answer and into what's actually been running quietly underneath. Because the gap between where you are and where you want to be usually isn't a discipline problem, it's an identity one.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Twelve sections, working through awareness, values, where you are now, your perfect life, your future self, and your goals, then into routines, experiences, people, relationships, identity and vision. Real questions, real answers, nothing you'll want to rush.
This isn't a quick read. It's a permission slip to go after the life you actually want!
All sessions are held via video call, and the feedback is consistent: being in your own space makes it easier to relax, go deeper, and actually do the work. Here are the questions people ask most before they start.
Yes, and many clients prefer it this way. You're in your own environment, which often means you relax more deeply than you would in a clinic. The process works exactly the same way.
No. You are fully aware and in control throughout. Hypnotherapy is simply a deeply relaxed, focused state, similar to being absorbed in a good book. You can speak, move, and stop at any time.
There's no fixed package. You book a session when you're ready for one. Most people work with me across around 6 sessions as their Life Design journey unfolds, but that's a guide, not a rule.
Almost everyone can experience hypnosis. It's a natural state we move in and out of every day. The only people who find it difficult are those who choose not to engage with it.
Completely. Everything you share in a session is strictly confidential and protected by professional ethics. The only exception would be if there were a serious risk of harm.
A device with a camera and microphone, a quiet space where you won't be disturbed, and ideally somewhere you can sit or lie comfortably. Headphones help but aren't essential.
